Project Description
This was a long standing project for the client who had initiated the build project sometime in 2010. The site had its issues with access and how the utilities serviced the homes, however with good coordination the SGC team and the client managed to get this resolved.
The home is a 5 bedroom house with most of the bedrooms down stairs and the living spaces upstairs. This has enabled the client to take full advantage of looking out on to the Strathearn Hills.

Having built a house previously where our builder went bankrupt we were obviously concerned about who we selected to build our next home.Stephen and his team turned out to be the best decision we have ever made. From being patient enough to wait for our home to sell in a difficult market to the commitment to quality we could not have asked for more. We worked closely together with Stephen constantly looking at options to contain cost which can be a real challenge on a build project. At the end a testament to the quality of workmanship was the fact that snagging took us 15 mins with so little we were able to spot together.
A great experience, a great home for us and absolute advocates for SGC.
