SG Homes operates under the umbrella of SGC. The company was established as we saw an opportunity to offer our quality craftsmanship that we provide in our bespoke house building operations through SGC. Our aim is to offer a level of quality not attainable elsewhere and do so at an affordable level within unique and small developments.

We are focussing on small niche development projects in handpicked locations to offer people a quality alternative to the mass housing market. We are offering those who buy our homes the ability to stamp their hallmark on their homes by contributing to the interior design choices.

We aim to provide you with a fantastic home with modern living spaces. Having sold all of the homes in the first phase of the development, we are pleased to advise that the second phase of building is well underway. We have built the first three homes, The Westerton, The Ochil and The Kinkell. We will continue to build out the rest of the site in the coming period for all 9 exclusive plots.

This next stage takes the tranquil road through to a wonderful space, dominated by the magnificent sycamore tree that provides a natural focal point to the new homes. The development will only have 9 homes and will benefit from the mature tree line that surround this oasis.

The homes we have built remain light and well appointed, they are spacious and sit on very generous plot sizes. We have continued the clean lines, contemporary finishes, with the homes awash with light.
