This project was another instance of SGH identifying an opportunity to acquire land, service the sites, and secure planning permission. This either allowed us to develop the homes ourselves or collaborate with clients to give the homes that bespoke feel. In this particular case, a client bought the site from SG Homes Ltd and contracted SG Construction Ltd to build their new home. This arrangement facilitated various modifications to meet their specific needs throughout the house.
