This is a new build project for Stephen Gardiner Construction. 

House designed by Denholm Partnership Architects.

SGC are building this new 3 bedroom house and separate garage> The project is being managed alongside and in tandem with the owners who live on site. The house will comprise two floors with very spacious living areas and fantastic bedrooms. Externally the house will be clad with specialist wood and render. The separate garage will have its own accommodation.

This is a fantastic project set in the beautiful surroundings of Fossoway, near Drum.

Our architect suggested a few builders for our project, but Stephen Gardiner Construction was the clear favourite we were directed towards. We planned to visit each of them, but decided to go with Steve’s company as soon as we’d met him and his colleagues. Our decision proved to be the right one – this was our first build, and we were nervous about it, but it could not have been made easier for us. Steve’s project manager was brilliant, anticipating most of our thoughts before we’d even voiced them, and always reacting positively when we came up with something he’d not anticipated. The quality of the house reflects on all the team involved, and we’ve now started to live in the house of our dreams. Thank you to Steve and all the team!
