This project is another example of SGH’s expertise in identifying prime land, preparing the sites, and obtaining planning permission. This approach enables us to either develop the properties independently or partner with clients to create bespoke homes. In this particular instance, a client purchased the site from SG Homes Ltd and engaged SG Construction Ltd to build their new residence. This collaboration allowed for various customisations throughout the house to meet the client’s unique requirements.
